| Cities on Fire This is a dream I had in August of 1980. I feel a move of the Spirit of God to reprint this dream. Not only has others had dreams but I believe that God's Word will confirm those things He has been revealing in His people. Daniel knew what was about to happen, not only by dreams but by reading the Word of God, we find this in Daniel 9.2 In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem. The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769. Daniel understood by books, we can know that by reading the Books (Bible) that nothing will take us unaware. We can know the will of God through His Word. If anyone will Prophesy something that is not found in the Word or does not line up with scripture you should not receive it. We must weigh every dream, vision, or thought by the Word of God and we will know if it be of God or not. Gal 1.8-9 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. Its says in verse 8 that though we or an angel from heaven, not an angel of the devil, but an angel from heaven, let him be cursed, and that we should not receive it. This is how powerful the Word of God is. There is no other name that is exalted above Jesus Name, but He exalted His Word even above His Name. Ps 138.2 2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769. Judge for yourself The dream. I was walking throughout a great city, down the main street. As I looked at the building I could see they had been bombed out. There was destruction everywhere I looked. As I looked at the burned out building I could see some were still on fire and the street was littered with cars laying on their sides and upside down. The street was full of smoke. As I looked up the street I came to a soldier who was laying near the sidewalk with his leg blown off. I remember looking into his eyes and the pain and fear I saw in them. I walked over to him and moved my hand over him and a shadow was cast over him and as my hand waved over him God replaced the stump of his leg with a new leg. I did not speak to him but I turned and continued down the street. I came upon another soldier who was dead and laying in an unnatural position and I waved my hand over him also and as the shadow passed over him, his life was restored. The thing I remembered the most was, I was not afraid I knew that Christ was in control. The miracle of the Dream I had only been saved a couple of weeks prior to this dream and I knew nothing about the scriptures. I had not read where Peter's shadow healed those who were laying in the street. Acts 5.15 15 Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769. I knew that this dream was of God. I knew that it was for an end time message This dream is judgment on America I believe this dream is of God, I am not asking you to believe but to ask God to prepare you for the judgments that are sure to fall. Seek the Lord and His will for your life, He will reveal Himself to you. If you do not know the Lord as your personal savior pray this prayer with me. Lord Jesus come into my heart and be God. Change me by your saving power. Lord I am a sinner and I repent of my sins, forgive me, I turn over my life to you. Mold me and make me yours. In Jesus Name I Pray. |
